Located in the heart of the Family Islands National Park, off the Queensland coast in Australia. Balinese inspired architecture and constructed totally from materials shipped from the mainland. The remote island had no power or water services making it a real challenge.

Along with architects from San Diego, we looked to help grow a new vision for the beachfront of Mission Beach. We wanted to revitalize the neighborhood and support the renovation of residences in the area. We took it one step further, starting from scratch.

Our task at Veer Towers, to bring a high degree of artistry to an already exquisite architectural masterpiece. Once stripped back, we enhanced the vibrancy of the space and created an environment where modern meets rustic.

features over 5,800 square feet of modern design. The unique floorplan offers stunning sightlines from virtually every angle, perfectly blending the outdoor and indoor living spaces.

With over 5,800 square feet of thoughtful modern architecture, Kyoto embodies the true spirit of traditional, minimalist Japanese design. Floor to ceiling views wrap around perfectly balanced zen gardens offering a true retreat in the middle of the Las Vegas desert.

Located just minutes from the bright lights of the Las Vegas Strip, Milos features over 4,000 square feet of stunning living space. Natural stone, wood and steel come together seamlessly, highlighting the meticulous architectural design of Peter Lik.
